Terms of use: "My Equipment & My Workers" 1. What the app is. The app is a classified-ads platform that connects equipment owners, workers and customers in Saudi Arabia. It only provides advertising and messaging. It is not a party to any agreement between users. 2. Your account. Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. 3. Ads. Advertisers must describe the item or service, price, location and photos truthfully and must follow the laws of Saudi Arabia. Misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or content about other people without their permission, is not allowed. We may remove any ad that breaks these terms without notice. 4. Deals. Price, rental or work period and payment method are agreed directly between the two users. The app does not receive or hold any money and does not guarantee the quality of equipment, the skill of workers or any user's conduct. 5. Transfer receipts. A user may upload a transfer receipt to show they dealt with a store. You confirm that the details and the receipt you upload are genuine. Uploading a false receipt may lead to account suspension. 6. Ratings. Only a user who has uploaded a receipt for a store may rate it, with stars only. False or malicious ratings are not allowed and may be removed. 7. Prohibited conduct. Impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam, attempts to break into or misuse the app. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. 8. Liability. We are not responsible for losses arising from deals between users. Verify the other party and inspect equipment before you pay. 9. Deleting your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from More > Delete account. 10. Changes. We may update these terms. By continuing to use the app you accept the updated version. 11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 12. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for content or behaviour that is offensive, hateful, sexual, violent, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or unlawful, in ads, profiles or chats. You can report an ad (flag icon on the ad), report a user (menu on their chat or store page) and block a user so they can no longer contact you and you no longer see their ads. Text with objectionable words is blocked automatically. Our moderators review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.
شروط الاستخدام
شروط استخدام تطبيق «معداتي وعمالي» 1. التعريف: التطبيق منصة إعلانات تربط بين أصحاب المعدات والعمال وطالبي الخدمة في المملكة العربية السعودية. التطبيق وسيط للإعلان والتواصل فقط، وليس طرفاً في أي اتفاق أو عقد بين المستخدمين. 2. الحساب: يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تدخلها صحيحة وحديثة، وأن تحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك. 3. الإعلانات: يلتزم المعلن بأن يكون الإعلان صادقاً ودقيقاً من حيث الوصف والسعر والموقع والصور، وألا يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة. يُمنع نشر محتوى مضلل أو مسيء أو مخالف للنظام أو يخص أطرافاً أخرى دون إذنهم. يحق للإدارة حذف أي إعلان مخالف دون إشعار مسبق. 4. التواصل والاتفاق: يتم الاتفاق على السعر ومدة الاستئجار أو العمل وطريقة الدفع مباشرة بين الطرفين. التطبيق لا يستلم أو يحتجز أي مبالغ، ولا يضمن جودة المعدات أو كفاءة العمال أو التزام أي طرف. 5. إيصال التحويل: يمكن للمستخدم رفع إيصال تحويل لإثبات التعامل مع متجر معين. يتعهد المستخدم بصحة البيانات والإيصال المرفوعين، وقد يؤدي رفع إيصال غير صحيح إلى إيقاف الحساب. 6. التقييم: يُسمح بتقييم المتجر بالنجوم فقط لمن رفع إيصال تعامل معه. يُمنع التقييم الكيدي أو غير الحقيقي، وللإدارة حذف أي تقييم مخالف. 7. السلوك المحظور: انتحال الشخصية، الاحتيال، المضايقة، إرسال رسائل مزعجة، محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو إساءة استخدامه. تحتفظ الإدارة بحق إيقاف أو حظر الحسابات المخالفة. 8. المسؤولية: لا يتحمل التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار أو الخسائر الناتجة عن التعامل بين المستخدمين، وينبغي على المستخدم التحقق من الطرف الآخر ومعاينة المعدات قبل الدفع. 9. حذف الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من قائمة «المزيد» ثم «حذف الحساب». 10. التعديل: قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة. 11. النظام الواجب التطبيق: تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. 12. عدم التسامح مع المحتوى المسيء والمستخدمين المسيئين: لا تسامح مع أي محتوى أو سلوك مسيء أو يحض على الكراهية أو جنسي أو عنيف أو مهدد أو فيه مضايقة أو احتيال أو مخالف للأنظمة، سواء في الإعلانات أو الملفات الشخصية أو المحادثات. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن إعلان (رمز العلم في صفحة الإعلان)، والإبلاغ عن مستخدم (من قائمة صفحة المحادثة أو صفحة المتجر)، وحظر المستخدم فلا يستطيع مراسلتك ولا تظهر لك إعلاناته. تُمنع النصوص التي تحتوي على كلمات مسيئة تلقائياً. يراجع فريق الإدارة البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ويحذف المحتوى المخالف ويوقف أو يحظر الحسابات المسؤولة.
