Delete your account

You can delete your account and all its data yourself, at any time, inside the app:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, city), your ads and their photos, your chat messages and chat images, your transfer receipts, saved ads, viewing history, saved addresses, block list and notification tokens. Ratings you gave stay on the store's average but are no longer linked to you.

What may be kept

Records of moderation actions (for example a report you filed or a ban) may be kept for up to 12 months to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. Nothing else is kept.

No access to the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address of your account to support@myequipwork.com (also shown in the app under Profile → Contact us). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناته بنفسك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق:

  1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اذهب إلى حسابي ← الإعدادات.
  3. اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.

ما الذي يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي (الاسم والبريد والجوال والصورة والمدينة)، وإعلاناتك وصورها، ورسائلك وصور المحادثات، وإيصالات التحويل، والإعلانات المحفوظة، وسجل المشاهدة، والعناوين المحفوظة، وقائمة الحظر، ورموز الإشعارات. التقييمات التي قدمتها تبقى ضمن متوسط تقييم المتجر لكنها لا ترتبط بك.

ما قد نحتفظ به

سجلات إجراءات الإشراف (مثل بلاغ قدمته أو حظر) قد تُحفظ حتى 12 شهراً لمنع الإساءة وللالتزامات النظامية. لا نحتفظ بأي شيء آخر.

لا تستطيع الدخول إلى التطبيق؟

أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك إلى support@myequipwork.com (الظاهر أيضاً في التطبيق من حسابي ← تواصل معنا). نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك بالبريد.
